Just a perfect match for a stopover in Oban with good value for money. The owners really went out of their way to accommodate our need for an extra bed by rearranging the furniture. Make sure to check the breakfast hours if you're in a hurry.

The shower cubicle in the room was quite small, making it a bit challenging for anyone with a larger frame to maneuver comfortably. the limited dinner menu left something to be desired. options were sparse, which might not cater to everyone’s tastes. I found the bar area a tad cramped at busy times, affecting the overall vibe when trying to unwind.

Some furniture looked worn, and the bathroom could have used better cleaning, especially around the edges. There was also some noise from the bar area in the evening, which disturbed my sleep a bit. Still, overall, I felt the staff’s efforts made a significant difference.

The view from the dining area is really awesome! The host is super friendly and whips up some great cooked breakfasts. finding our room was kinda tricky with those steep, dark stairs—def not for everyone. Our room was tiny, so not much space for luggage.
